In late 2024, the American Nurses Enterprise, encompassing the American Nurses Association (ANA), introduced a revitalized brand identity centered on “The Power of Nurses.” This initiative underscores the profound impact nurses have on healthcare and serves as a rallying cry for unity and action within our profession. By connecting with the American Nurses Enterprise family, nurses amplify their influence, fostering a united force that drives lasting change across the healthcare landscape.
ANA-Michigan: Harnessing Collective Strength
At ANA-Michigan, we witness the power of nurses daily. Our association thrives thanks to the dedication of over fifty volunteer nurses who contribute their time, expertise, and passion across various committees. These diverse groups are instrumental in shaping our direction, from developing legislative priorities and collaborating with partner organizations to organizing professional development opportunities for nurses statewide. Their unwavering commitment propels our mission forward, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of nurses at every career stage.
Empowered Leader Series 2025: Elevating Leadership
Looking ahead, we are excited to announce the Empowered Leader Series (ELS) for 2025. This seven-week virtual program is designed for nurses at all leadership levels across various practice areas. Participants will explore evidence-based practices with leadership experts and learn to apply practical strategies within their teams. The series offers opportunities for self-assessment and interactive group sessions focused on addressing critical healthcare topics. We encourage groups from the same organization to attend, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
