my daughter has SLE 15 plus years.has doctors baffled because it’s also complicated with other autoimmune illnesses.She had two infusion of this benlysta and had a bad reactions where her fingers broke out in blisters and her hands were swollen.He wanted to continue and also start her on methylprednisolone to prep her before infusion.The risk was higher,there was no way of knowing what was going to happen,all we knew was it was not favorable.
