Use coaching skills to enhance your practice and support patients.

Coaches work in a variety of fields, including business, health and wellness, fitness, and education. The International Coaching Federation estimates that in 2015, $2.3 billion in global revenue was spent on coaching and there were 53,300 coach practitioners worldwide. Nurses on the frontlines of care can add coaching skills and expertise to enhance their practice, support patient-centered care, and facilitate their personal and professional growth and development.
